The 16th Roundtable with the Government of Greece, an annual "brainstorm with leaders from politics, business and finance" organized by The Economist magazine, takes place in Athens on July 2-3.
This year it bears the title Transforming uncertainty into stability, wisdom and growth. Speakers include Greek politicians, among which Alexis Tsipras, leader of main opposition SYRIZA party, PASOK leader Evangelos Venizelos, Kostis Hatzidakis, Minister of Development, Competitiveness, Infrastructure, Transport and Networks as well as many representatives of the Greek industry and business world, such as the president of the Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises.
The list of speakers also features the Economist’s executive editor, the head of the EU Task Force for Greece and delegates from international institutions including the IMF, the European Central Bank, the MIT Media Lab and the London School of Economics.
