Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is currently in Moscow on a working visit with a broad agenda. He is due to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in today, followed by scheduled meetings between delegations from the two countries. Bilateral agreements will be signed and joint statements will be made by the two leaders. Later in the evening today, Tsipras will meet the heads of expatriate Greek organisations and tomorrow he will deliver a lecture on "Greek-Russian relations and Europe - Challenges and Prospects" at the Moscow State Institute on International Relations (MGIMO) university.
