Alternate Foreign Minister Dimitris Droutsas addressed the 18th EU-ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations)ministerial session in Madrid on May 26, and spoke of a "green growth" model, since Southeast Asia "is one of the regions of our world, that is harmed primarily by climate change."
