On July 25–27, the Ευρωπαϊκό Πολιτιστικό Κέντρο Δελφών / European Cultural Centre of Delphi hosts a cultural event that blends theatre with thought-provoking dialogue.

🎭The acclaimed 𝐎𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐚 by Aeschylus, directed by Theodoros 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐳𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐬, will be performed at the “𝘍𝘳𝘺𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘴” Theatre — a landmark in modern Greek theatre returning triumphantly to the stage.

🏛️️Alongside the performance, the international symposium 𝐌𝐲𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 brings together renowned thinkers, directors, and artists to explore how ancient drama speaks to today’s existential and political questions.

Highlights include open discussions on the right to mythology from a new generation’s and women’s perspective, plus behind-the-scenes insights from the creators.
