Greece: A Successful Example of Fiscal Policy

The Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Thanos Petralias, presented Greece’s economic progress and the challenges it has faced in recent years at the 48th Annual Meeting of Senior Budget Officials of the OECD, held on May 27 in Paris under the theme “Rationalising Public Finances.”

He highlighted Greece’s successful fiscal trajectory, underscoring the country’s economic performance and the reforms implemented over the past years.

University of Peloponnese Successfully Concludes Summer School “Regional Tech Waves: Robotics, AI & XR”

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the School of Engineering at the University of Peloponnese successfully organized the Summer School “Regional Tech Waves: Robotics, AI & XR,” held from May 19 to May 21, 2026.

The event took place as part of the Educational Activities of the Regional Growth Conference and was hosted at the Conference and Cultural Center of the University of Patras.
