The Ministry of Culture’s initiative “All of Greece, One Culture” returns for a seventh consecutive year in the summer of 2026 to present its richest and most diverse programme to date. An inextricable part of Greece’s cultural map and a vibrant meeting point where cultural heritage and modern creativity intersect, the initiative has been substantially enhanced this year, with the number of productions increasing, more than 900 artists featured in the programme, and greater participation from local communities. 94 archaeological sites, monuments, and museums - 12 regions - 190 events – 95 productions featuring music, theatre, visual arts/performance (1 July to 31 August 2026)

Meeting Chaired by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis Regarding the First Mission of a Greek Astronaut to the International Space Station

The planning for the historic first mission of a Greek astronaut to the International Space Station was discussed at a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis yesterday, Thursday, at the Maximos Mansion, following Adrianos Golemis's official commencement of astronaut training with the European Space Agency.

The launch is expected to take place within the next two years, with the mission lasting up to three weeks. It will form part of Greece's new National Space Strategy, which sets out the country's objectives through 2035.
