Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) – the world’s largest celebration of innovators and job creators who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and expand human welfare – celebrates its 8th year, with events organized in 160 countries around the world (November 16-22, 2015).
It attracts and engages high-profile entrepreneurs, eager to share their personal experiences so as to inspire people through local, national and global activities designed to help them explore their potential as self-starters and innovators.
GEW Greece takes part with activities in various Greek cities, co-hosted by the Federation of Hellenic Associations of Young Entrepreneurs. This year’s theme is "Fostering inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship", and events include: "Agrostartup", "Inspire-Dare-Dream-venture", "Growth through the Maritime Economy", "Guide-Map for Eco-friendly Businesses" and "Entrepreneurship, Innovation & the Global Goals".

Participating companies, incubators, accelerators and start-ups will open their doors offering a chance to meet their founders and teams. Attendees will have the chance to take part in workshops, networking events, office tours and recruitment sessions.
